From the sales, to the install, to the handoff..... well, handoff is still pending. We just got our system turned on this week and it is working as expected. And we are just waiting for someone to come give us the warranty paperwork and the instructions on how to setup the monitoring system. But the whole process up to know has been very pleasant. Alex Mendiola, our solar expert, was not high pressure sales. Answered all my questions and gave me time to validate his answers. Came back 3 times! Wow! The install was a breeze. We were fortunate to be installed and activated within 5 weeks. The install was very professional. The installers obliged me when i asked them to run conduit through the attic and not down the side of the house. This allowed the conduit to run in a way that is hard to be seen from the street. The result is that it is hard to tell that there is electrical conduit on the side of the house. Oh, did i mention that of all the decent installers we interviewed, CAM Solar had the best price for the highly efficient Panasonic HT panels? By far, they had the best price! I'm very pleased with these guys up to know and i highly recommend them.
