A very professional and well-organized small local business. Although the job was extensive (the home`s electrical service was also upgraded), NEB kept disruption to a minimum. I also appreciated that the final cost was exactly what was originally quoted, so no "sticker shock" at the end.<br />Incentives of various sorts played a big part. In MA, depending on house value and family income, you can get ~1/3 of a typical 5KW system paid for by the state. Add in the Federal and state income tax credits, and the total rises to ~55% paid.
