Installed panels about 5 months ago. They did it very very fast. But inverter is dead now. It’s been a month I am calling them every day. Talking to a wall. They bs me so I leave them alone. When I catch them laying, they apologize and say it was a mistake. They even did not schedule appointment as of today. I spoke with managerS and all they say that tomorrow I’ll hear from them. I think they are very short of service people in NY. Ridicules.
