I appreciated the entire process. The sales team were courteous and quick to provide complete information and to design the solution based on my needs and the best products and most price effective solution. The installation team were very quick and did a wonderful job. No scraps and nails left behind. The training on the system and what to expect as time goes by. The only item that could have been better was the explanation of how rebates and tax credits would flow. Basically the local power company rebate is automatically applied to the contract price. The Tax credit is simple to enter into the IRS tax return but you need to know what value to use on the form, which is the total sale amount, in my case it was the LoanPal (financing company loan amount). I put $0 down so the loan amount was the figure to use. Otherwise, great service and the purchase should be a no-brainer for everyone. You immediately reap the benefits of lower net utility expense/costs. In my case about $100 p/mo savings.
