As a retired electronics tech I went thru all boring math. One problem I found was lack of info. on the cost and output of additional panels. Knowing that (by the size of wire) I'm limited to 40 amps. One other points of issue is I live in Southern Calif. where sun is not normally an issue but the last month there was limited sun. The backup was charging but very slowly (hence additional panels). I could go on and on...<br />Rodger
