The sales rep Trey from Irmo SC seemed legit and everything he said made sense, until everything was signed and he would no longer return my calls. I was told the panels would cover 100% of my electric bill and I would only have to pay 5 to 10 dollars a month to stay connected to the grid. The contract showed that the panels would only cover 82%. The installation took longer than promised so I was making payments on the system before it was producing. Solcius rep said they would reimburse me for the two months I paid before the system was producing which never happened. Was told I would receive X amount back from state refund and X amount from federal and it wasn't even half of the amount quoted. Solcius should be ashamed of themselves for the way they are doing people. I don't like being taken advantage of. Hopefully others will read this review and others like it before being conned by these liars!!!
