Freedom Forever was very efficient with regards to installation. They were in and out in one day. The efficiency of the system installed (Sony) has been excellent. Follow up and customer service has been the worst I've ever seen in any sector of the market. I can no longer reach my sales representative and the customer service line has now ignored my requests for help a total of three times. I now have a large family of pigeons living on my roof that seem to enjoy being under the solar panels. Under the guidelines of my warranty with Forever Freedom, I cannot have an outside contractor install any type of pigeon control on the panels. This will void the warranty. I've contacted customer service several times and they've been willing to give me a price for the control system; however, getting them to actually have a technician come out and install the pigeon control system has proven to be impossible. They have ignored my requests and do not seem to care about being contacted by the Better Business Bureau (I've filed a complaint). I would recommend steering clear of this sub-par company, as they have the worst customer service of any solar company out there. My house is infested with winged rodents and covered in disgusting bird feces thanks to FREEDOM FOREVER (ironic name, don't you think?).
