I had Solar City Installed the panels in 2014, Leased the system. After 4 yrs, noticed not much of saving for power bill. The whole billing system was so confusing. I was still paying the same amount, about 300 a month for Edison Power co and on top of it paying about 100 to Solar too ! Then in July of 2018 Tesla took over and their rep came and said we have to stop the service and replace the panels. it is about 8-9 months later, nothing has happened , but THEY ARE STILL CHARGING WITHOUT RENDERING ANY SERVICE! Called and emailed them several time. They said they are behind and they will eventually get it fixed, but I have to continue paying 100+ a month b/c is in my contract!! I wish I knew a CLASS ACTION suit against them to get our money back and stop them from charging! THIS IS TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!.
