My husband and I had discussed going solar for the past two years, however, our prior home was not equipped for solar panels. Once we moved, one of our goals was to go solar, if able. We didn't know anything about going solar, i.e. rent or own, roof structure, location, etc. We attempted to contact several companies to gain information and were also given several companies from different individuals who had gone solar. We choose American Sentry Solar ("ASS"), which by the way was not a company that was recommended to us.<br /><br />We met with their representative Jake and felt very comfortable with what we were told. Jake explained the benefits of owning verses renting panels; the benefit of using American Design and Build, LTD; we asked many questions about maintenance and up-keep of the panels; the incentives, which Jake was very knowledgeable of and lots more. <br /><br />ASS was with us every step of the way, answering many questions and concerns through the process up to this day. They were easy to reach via email or phone. Everyone has been so helpful, informative and on schedule. The process can be frightening, like any other large home investments however, ASS helped to sooth all of our anxieties and concerns. <br /><br />We have certainly referred them to our friends who may want to make this same type of investment.<br /><br />Thank You American Sentry Solar
