Remember when a contract could be made by word of mouth? Impossible to do that now days but while dealing with John, the owner of Black Platinum, he fulfilled everything that he said the company would do for my installation. <br /><br />I dealt with two other companies while inquiring about systems but after reading the comments others had made about Black Platinum, seeing that all gave 5 stars to Black Platinum ratings I had to include this company in my research. <br /><br />Excellent equipment, fair price, install time about one day, the cleanup was good and the installers worked like they knew what they were doing and the wife was impressed with their courtesy to the home. <br /><br />I would certainly recommend that you talk with John about your instillation.
