Still not installed in Ohio

The crew was supposed to show up between 9 and 10 AM (for a 6 hour job, is what the salesman told us). They came with a rented trencher, which they did not know how to start or use, they din NOT have shovels, rakes, hoes, etc. to use on the job....all of which they borrowed from my husband! they worked until dark, and did NOT finish the job. After numerous calls to the company, they finally showed up about a month and a half later, on a Saturday, worked another whole day, and we were still NOT hooked up! In the meantime, we received a bill (overdue,too!!) from their "finance company", Digital Credit Union, for a service that wasn't even installed!! Try calling the company. They don't answer. Then they said that Ohio Edison had to come and "tie into their meter"......and gave US the number to call! (WHAT?????). Now, we call and email, and no answer! We have "dead" solar panels on the roof of our garage.....I have made 3 (OVERDUE) payments....of which Solar Power DID reimburse us for them....without the "late" charges, of course! Now, we sit and wait. Next step....the BBB and the Ohio Attorney General's office! BTW...the review will NOT allow mw to enter a "negative" star...
