Our sales rep, Joe was supposed to make a final visit last fall to go over how the system works, how to pull up and understand the computer readout that comes with the system, and go over the most recent energy bill. We never heard from him. In the last 2 months <br />Excel energy has billed us the pre-solar installation amount. <br />We have left 2 messages for Solaroo to call us and tell us how to pull up the computer read out so we can deal with Excel energy. Still needing this information. Once they have their money, they re DONE with the customer!!!
