I investigated multiple companies for my Solar installation and was most impressed with the pre-sales experience with Moxie Solar. Rich Tilden, my account representative, was very knowledgeable and very open and honest about everything involved in the project. He wasn't pushy at all and even recommended I investigate other companies. I could not be more pleased with the whole project and the results. Rich managed the entire project end to end and was very helpful in outlining all of the steps I needed to go through (and they are many). The installation was done in two days with very little disruption to our household. I'm now the proud owner of an 11.2Kwh system and couldn't be more pleased with the end result. If you are looking to go solar, I would highly recommend Moxie Solar and ask for Rich Tilden if you live in the Austin area.<br /><br />I need to add an addendum to this review. It turns out Oncor was messing up my solar system by pushing through voltage that was above the norm which caused the inverter to shut down throughout the day. It really messed up the production. Rich not only took it upon himself to reach out to Oncor and work on resolving the issue which took over a month and a half due to their lack of cooperation, but Moxie Solar went ahead and paid my electricity bills for the entire duration of the incident. So not only do they stand by their product, but they also honor their commitment to resolve any issue within 72 hours or they make it right. Well they sure did make it right and I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service. Everything is back to normal now and my solar system is plugging away at maximum efficiency. <br />If you ever need solar panels installed by a company that stands by their product, this is the one to use.
