Salesmen to workers to install all excellent. Panels installed mid November. We still have a 200.00 UI bill. The sales rep told us that it takes time for the panels to charge. I giggled this and found nothing. Nothing says it in any paper work. We were told someone would check the system within 2wks. Not happy. I want credit, or they can remove the panels give me a new roof.

Ed, Thank you for the review and I am happy to see you graded us well in almost all the departments. I believe there is a bit of a misunderstanding about what your wife and I spoke about with regard to the production. As I explained to Carol, your system was installed in mid November which is a time of the year where the sun hours are at their shortest and your production will be the lowest in the winter months when the sun is at its lowest point in the sky and the days are short. The panels do not "charge" and that is why when you Googled it you found no information. What I think is being referred to is the banked kilowatt hours in the net metering program. The banked kWh's are the additional production in kWh's that you have at your disposal for nighttime and the time of the year when you have shorter sun hours. You will build your bank starting in March and throughout the summer and into the fall. Your system was designed to offset 100% of your electric needs based on your average usage over a year period. This is the case with systems that are properly designed. <br /> <br />As for products and equipment used, you have a SunPower Equinox 360 Watt system on your home, this system is second to none in the world and I am confident you will feel the same very soon when you see your banked hours on your utility bill.<br /><br />The after sales support is here 24/7. I personally took your wife Carol's call this past Sunday and went over the aforementioned. I have since ran the diagnostics on your system to ensure everything is working as described and it is.
