We got 3 bids, and Green Street Solar was lowest, and had references to match the other bidders. Russell provided the estimate, was patient and clear in explaining the technology, pricing, and SREC (solar renewable energy credit) market, and came back for the "commissioning" of the system. He and the crew are trustworthy, take pride in their work, and get the job done quickly and well.<br />There was a slight bowing in our array, due to the irregularity in our roof, and Russell was able to level it out so that, with the PV panels in place, the roof looks better than it did before.<br />Haleigh is helpful in taking care of all the permitting and dealings with DEC; she also takes care of applying for the SREC auction, and the $2500 grant that's available in DE.<br />All in all, an excellent experience - good workmanship, responsive, strong customer service ethic, good people, great value.
