Not happy

Not only did the company turn on the system without PG &E approval they also do not return calls ! The installation took forever and failed inspection twice ! I was told the system was up and running and the last month of summer I thought our panels were working and on ! Yes they were on but my bill was huge ! I called PG&E and got threatened and told to turn the system off now and if any grids were damaged in any way I was going to have to pay for it! The woman at pg&e was yelling at me and I was panicking ! I couldn't get an answer from Kurios to get assistance to turning it off so my husband and I guessed. I have made several attempts to contact kurios since my year owed bill to PG&E was over 1000 and was told I didn't have enough panels to generate the power we needed. My installation took for ever because the sold my panels to someone else and I had to wait for a new order and was told they added extra panels as well. We also were told we would get a check back from PG&E at the end of the year but that wasn't true, we owe them ! Still no return call and no rebate check for the ten thousand they said we would get. We haven't received a bill or any contact at all until this email. I was shocked to even see and thought I was finally getting assistance but nope.
