Once they have your money you wont ever hear from them again. My system stopped working. It took MONTHS for them to get back to me. I had to threated to go to the BBB. I call them Scam Solar. Stay away, and definitely don't buy it outright like I did or you just have worthless panels on your roof

Thank you for the feedback. We definitely dropped the ball on this one and we apologize. Texts you sent to one of our employees cell phones were not responded to and we are looking into this to see what the issue was. However once you called the office, we did respond and your issue was resolved within days. We are going to pay out your production guarantee early to pay for the lost production to try and rectify the mistake. We hope to do better in the future if you have any questions or concerns. We'd like to defend the system, which is not worthless panels on your roof. The system is performing as expected and with us paying for lost production, you will not have lost any money in this mistake.
