I am writing an honest review. At first there were a few issues on the monitoring side. For some reason my monitoring system wasn't showing the correct production and i was paying solar plus a electric bill. However that was solved recently and i am actually producing much more than i need which is great. I have to say my salesperson Joshua has been nothing short of amazing. He has always been there to help. Even when i didn't feel like i was getting the help from the office joshua was right there to answer my calls and tell me not to worry he would handle it. He made sure my monitoring was corrected. He is helping me call the electric company to get my extra credits they haven't given me. He also made sure i received my utility rebate as well. I was delighted to receive a call this morning from him saying it was all taken care of i am a little disappointed in certain parts of Elevations process but they did make sure any wrong was made right. I would've lost hope had joshua not been so helpful i personally feel he went above and beyond what a salesman can do i am happy now with everything and i recommend Elevation solar
