This review is only for my interaction with Tre Walker on or about 1/14/19. I called concerning Solar Edge communication failure of inverter to monitoring application. Tre was personable and provided instructions that were easy to understand. He was patient as I worked to enter password perform connectivity test. <br /><br />Unfortunately the test was unsuccessful and as of 1/22/19 it has not been corrected.
