Only cares for profit not customers

In April of 2013 we leased a solar system on our home through Solar City. At that time, we had ACH debits set up. A few years later, our identities were stolen, and someone had filed taxes under our name. We had to close all accounts and credit cards. Since then, we have been paying our solar lease in full for the entire year and turned off the ACH debits. In July of this year, Tesla took over Solar City. In July, our inverter stopped working. We called and had a tech come out who informed us that they would need to order the part to fix it. That part never came. We again called to have the inverter fixed. It was finally replaced on December 4th after 6 months of having to pay high APS bills. Since July of this year, Tesla has been charging our account $15 per month stating that our contract required ACH Debit in order to waive that fee. But the account had already been paid in full for 2018. Because of this, a balance remains due on the account. When I inquired about the fees, the customer service rep was rude, less than professional, had no interest in listening to anything I had to say and just kept repeating that the contract states a $15 monthly fee would apply if the account was not set up on auto-debit. Furthermore, i had to keep paying my full bill for APS for 6 months while they replaced my inverter. I am frustrated by the lack of concern the company has for their customers, and do not feel comfortable referring family and friends.<br /> <br />DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY
