In 2015 we had a solar system installed by Freedom Solar, Orchard Park, NY. Everything was working fine until October 2018...One of the panels was not producing power. Over a 2 month period I called/e-mailed Freedom Solar and did not receive a response. I later found out they are no longer in business. I have filled a complaint with the NY State Attorney Generals Office, the Better Business Bureau and NYSERTA. I have retained a lawyer and will be filing a lawsuit against them. Very disappointed.
