We have had our panels for less than 6 years. In October they started shorting out. They are now entirely broken and do not work at all. We have called several times and been told they are aware of the problem. The panels they installed have a known defect. When we ask when they will fix them per our lease agreement, they cannot respond. They have yet to schedule repairs, our panels have not produced any electricity in over a month but they still continue to bill us. Do not do business with this company.
