The only part of dealing with this company was the help that I received from Nikii Cauley. It took us 6 months to get the rebate check that I was promised at the time of signing the contract in 2016. Nikii was a wonderful breath of air during the whole process. Only after notifying the bank for help and contacting the Texas AG was I successful in getting the Oncor rebate. Nikii was with me the whole time in working with their finance department within this company. The installation could have been somewhat better with leveling of the panels across the roof. I am still glad that I had the solar panel system installed. Lowered my electric cost by 50%+. They did fail to tell at the time of activation that I needed to contact my electric supplier to change the plan to Solar Buy Back so I would receive the electric credit. After contacting TXU and changing the plan I started to get the credit. Lost several hundred dollars in the first year because I wasn't told how the electric credit was given. The company should have advised me of changing the plan during installation. The salesperson that I signed with wasn't with the company very long and couldn't get the help I needed when asking questions. Again I want to thank Nikii for the help and the time she took with the phone calls and emails in successfully getting the rebate I was owed.
