I was happy with the Solar City panel installation process and the first few years were good. However, once we had an issue it was a different story. We needed service and they took six months to resolve the issue (a squirrel chewed through a line). During that six months they insisted I still had to pay for estimate solar production. Since the system was off the estimate should have been zero but instead they used last year's values. After two months I turned off autopay so I didn't have to pay. But, autopay cost me $7.50 per month. No, they wouldn't waive the fee.
