The entire process was straight forward and hassle free. The system I had installed was under producing. Blue ravens production garuntee is legit. After a few back and forth emails, they agreed and installed 4 additional panels and a larger inverter at no cost. If you decide on solar for the savings, be sure you get a clear understanding of the time it will take you to get a return on your investment. It can take a decade+ before you see a return even with tax incentives. As for an installer, Blue Raven was great!
