After at least 9 months of miserable customer service from your company, with ignored requests for my rebate check and broken promises, I am finally thrilled to have found the help I so desperately needed through the efforts of Shakeya Heath. This employee patiently listened to me vent my frustrations, explained what she could do for me and then actually followed through. I am so very appreciative of her efforts as I need these funds to pay my property taxes by months end. My sales person was Miles Murry who told me this check should reach me within about 6 weeks and it is now one year past that point. I was supposed to be able to use those funds when I refinanced the loan from Green Sky but that did not happen. It truly has caused me financial hardship. Thanks to Shakeya Heath, my worry about paying my property taxes without penalty is now lifted.
