Given high hopes, disappointing delivery

I love the concept of Solar Power and all renewable energy. I have been in contact and working with Envirosolar for the past 6 months. Nate Rodda was my direct sales rep and Jackson Lawrence was the regional manager. As I have worked as a sales manager for the past 30+ years, I was impressed with their approach. <br /><br /> - Nate and his team were knowledgeable of what I should expect during the Envirosolar implementation. I felt at comfortable investing a large sum of money with them because I felt I could trust them. <br /> - Their Customer Service team was responsive and kept me informed for the installation date and what to expect during this process. <br /><br />I DO HAVE TWO LARGE COMPLAINTS: <br />1) They OWE ME MONEY. $$$$$$ <br /> - I have been working for the past 5 months to be given a rebate that was promised to me. They have lied multiple times<br /> - Each month was a new story but was promised to receive a check in November. <br /> - THEN the same lie was told to me in December. <br /> - Now it is January 10, 2019 and I have been told by Shakeya Heath that the check will be sent to me by January 12, 2019 if I complete this review, so here we are. Shakeya has been responsive and very helpful in accomplishing this goal. <br /> - I appreciate the professionalism and dedication of Shakeya Heath - without her I would have filled a complaint with the BBB/ TX Attorney General / Consumer Federation of America/ North American Consumer Protection Investigators/ social media. I hope for this to be finally settled in the next few days. If not, I may have to pursue that route. If you are a future consumer, please conduct a google search with the key words, "envirosolar" and "fraud" and "fort worth texas." You will be able to find my complaints if this is not resolved. <br /><br />2) My house is not ideal for solar panels due to the large trees surrounding my home. While the panels have increased my home value, the production and my monthly cost savings are not anywhere near what I was anticipating. Assessment was completed during a very sunny month and I was not informed the annual scale of production.<br /><br />Again, Shakeya's creative problem-solving are outstanding characteristics.
