Initially I was so excited because I had always wanted to get Solar. Initial contact with Sales Rep was superior. The sight survey went pretty quickly also. And all parties involved were very professional. The process to get installation going took longer than we were promised. Made contact with Project Manager and things finally got moving with installing the panels. It took forever to get the system connected and finally found out we were waiting on someone to pick up equipment from our local utility company. I ended up picking it up myself. Another two plus weeks goes by and finally got the system hooked up. There was an issue with the antenna that needed to be installed. That took an additional three plus months. I had my electric bill reduced by $169 for two months and then $189 for the month before last and last month $.78. I am paying $279 a month for the system. I am not seeing a real saving like I was promised. You call and call and maybe get the option to leave message to be called back that never happens. Then if you do get a live person they tell you what they think you want to hear and make promises that are never kept. I have been waiting for a check since September and have yet to get it. Very disappointed to say the least.
