Warranty Work at just past one year mark

We had a SMA Sunny Boy 7000TL-US-22 installed summer of 2017 and the installation was very professional and the system worked perfectly. At about 1 year and 3 months from commissioning date the inverter began to restart every 15-20 min. I called Blue Raven Solar and they came out to the house and diagnosed that we had a defective I/O board/screen on the inverter. The replacement screen came to the house Saturday before Christmas eve and our Solar Technician Levi even came to the house on Christmas eve to install the screen. Something I feel is above and beyond what I would expect from customer service. Replacing the screen did the trick and I am back to normal solar production. Thank you Blue Raven Solar!
