We did a lot of reasearch before choosing a company to go with, we spoke with multiple companies and received 4 quotes on solar. Brian, one of the owners was one of the first people we spoke with, his knowledge level was off the scale!! He was so good about answering my questions throughout the education process, there were so many different opinions on how to build a system, equipment to use and solar methodologies. What really impressed me is that he was honest about what types of systems for good and why, and what systems were not good for me and why but not once did he ever knock down other companies, he simply answered my questions and never pressed for a hard sell!! That's integrity, and that goes a long way in my book!! He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision and the way he did it made it clear to me that this was the only company to choose!! After that, Brad picked up the ball and ran with the details, again I was supper impressed not only with a high level of knowlage, but the communication process was so easy, email and text was the main line of communication which made it very easy for me, and when I needed to actually talk with him, his call back response time was minutes!!! Not hours or days! And Brian was the same way. Even after the installation was complete and I had questions about dialing the rest of my house into the solar wave The level of communication was exactly the same fast and super informative <br /> Installation day was so easy, I could barely tell they were on the roof! Fast, professional and the installers took all the time I needed to answer any questions I had as they were doing the installation. It's rare to find a company that is so consistent through every rank of the business. <br /> I would highly recommend this company, they will not oversell you and listen to your needs and build a system to meet exactly what you were looking for at a price that is fair.
