We had a great experience with the sales, HOA support, and installation teams. However, on installation day, the team discovered and brought to our attention that the design team had made a major error in size of roof panel area, planning for 18 panels, whereas the roof could only accommodate 14. This resulted in an estimated 20% reduction in energy capacity. We immediately worked with the head of installation operations and others to amend the contract accordingly. Hopefully, the project will still end well. The inspection and activation are still pending. We appreciated how forthright members of the installation team were in addressing this problem.
