Initially my experience was great. My salesperson Brandon was great at first but as soon as the papers were signed he would not get back to me or return call or texts. I had to contact Blueraven managment to get my was promised completed. I did every step as asked in a timely manner. I would expect the same in return. Had I know that the steps would have taken longer I may have waited. Brandon made it seem like it was stream lined and I wouldn't have to wait until the new year. Luckily Blue raven got the work done in a timely manner. The install team was on time, orga9and professional. They did a great job and I'm very happy with their work and service.
