If there's negative rating number, I will give to Tesla... If you are looking for solar system for your home, I would say NO on Tesla. I don't like to write reviews, but for this I have to. I want to let everyone know the experience I had and still going with Tesla. On July 2018, we went to tesla because we want solar roof. First sales was very nice, gave a lots of information. and we set up appointment with them, they did eval, and came up with a price for a bigger system (it didn't take a lots of negotiation to get lower price ). We were so happy.. till one day , someone from tesla came to re-roof our roof, and did only part of the job. So my husband called to Tesla, and spoke with someone .. surprise... Tesla told us they can't give us the system with the price was on the SIGNED contract. My poor husband really don't want to deal with this because he doesn't want to delay the process, and to have our roof half way done like that. He said yes on the new price that tesla offered. Here I am , calling Tesla and the person who we spoke to said she will work on it... after three month, I had to call custom service, and try to find out what is going on with our system. First you got wait for at least one hour to get someone on the phone, then the answer is " we will forward this message to your representative". I thought I had hope, but no! about two weeks later, the same person that we spoke to call me on my cell phone, and I missed her call by no more than one minute, when I call her back right after (which is less than a minute).. she didn't answer. I left message, no one call back, I called again.. No one answer. I called about 10 times on different day and time, and left messages everytime when I call , no one ever bother to call back. Till , today.. she called again, I called her back, same thing... message, but never return your call. But, this time she send me an email, saying that she's been trying to reach us, but she could never... I am so tired of this. Now I don't know what to do, moving forward with Tesla, I am not sure what will happen in the future if there's any problem with their system. Are we gonnna be able to find anyone to even check the system if theres problem? Stop the work.. our roof has been modified half way. This is really bad, I have not experience anything like this , Tesla.. I cant see your future.
