Scam business model, deceitful company

I've been with Sunnova since September of 2017. Initially, there were problems with billing and after contacting Sunnova, the problem appeared to be fixed. All seemed well until this year, I received emails stating that I needed to schedule an inspection of the solar panels. This occurred in July of 2018. After creating the appointment, the inspectors conducted the inspection and informed me that I had a faulty breaker that need to be replaced and I have malfunctioning micro inverters needed to be replaced. After their inspection, my PSEG bill immediately shot up to $14 from the previous $2.42 I was paying every month. The following month it went up to 48.82. The next month, $31.82. i just received my bill on the 12th of December. It is a whopping $186! On the 12th of December, Sunnova received an automatic payment of $143 from me. So now I have to pay the additional $186 for PSEG because the solar panels aren't producing any power. To put insult to injury, the malfunctioning parts still haven't been repaired after numerous calls to Sunnova! The supervisor woman literally told me "we didn't put in the contract how long you would have to wait for parts, and you have a lease so regardless when it comes, you still have to pay." Sunnova has put an illegal clause in the contract stating that we can't sue them for any issues we have with them. I am a veteran and they should be ashamed of their deceitful greedy ways. I'm in the process of getting a lawyer and my own electrical inspector because I'm certain these evil people are not going assist me.
