Chris T. was our sales representative. Found him to be highly knowledgeable in the SunPro system, equipment and operations. The installers (Eric, Doug C. and Daniel S.) were very proficient in the preparation, install and clean up phases. Jorge, the electrician was very professional and spent a great deal of time walking me through the electrical system and addressing the operation and safety features for the unit. Upon early arrival they found the area of install to be covered in ice. For safety, they washed down the ice and installed safety anchors. The panel install took less than three hours.
