I feel lied to, the system has been down for 4 months. They don't have a 24/7 monitoring system, they don't install "All Texas" products.. they are from Korea and Germany. I've called them every week, their answer rate is 1 out of 8 calls. Their effort to fix the problem is 0, their effort to reach back is 0 and they will agree with you that everything is not as expected. <br />I do not recomend this at all. Your roof is better off if you buy a $25k car and park it there.
