My daughter and I both had systems installed with solar panels on the roofs and in other equipment in our basements of our houses. After a little over one month, we can already see the savings on our electric bills. I had an EMP proof system installed with battery backup. My daughter already had natural gas backup so she has the standard Tick Tock Energy, Inc. inverter/controller system without battery backup. I obtained the new technology batteries that do not emit any gases (no hydrogen) nor do they require any maintainence so they are safe for the basement environment without any fire or explosion risk.
