ReVision provided amazing service from the first phone call through to installation of our air source heat pumps and PV system. We had a complicated arrangement (2 buildings which were initially on separate systems) with a plethora of options to figure it all out. Everyone at Revision was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. And the installers braved through treacherous weather to get the system installed on time. I've limited my rating to 4 stars because the production of our system is substantially limited by some nearby trees - the extent of this limitation should have been modeled in advance, but instead it was mentioned as an afterthought, as if the affect would be minor. Now that we're invested, we have to figure out how to address the problem, rather than having the opportunity to consider it adequately in advance. Overall though, a very friendly professional operation, and I love that the company is local and employee-owned.
