Installed in September still not hooked up. Already started pulling money from loan without being completely hooked up. Three times I was told that customer service would get ahold of me and still nothing. My panel box screws are missing and box not put together right. Garbage left on ground outside. Salesman said it would be installed 3ft from edge. Lie. Said the Nest would work with GEO. Lie. Said no money would be pulled till hooked up. Lie. Said customer service would call. Lie lie and lie. They messed up thermostat when they reinstalled now my humidifier is not working. Not to mention a loss of 3 days of work do to poor scheduling.

Hi, we apologize for the difficulties and inconveniences that you have had, and I know we have worked to correct them and make things right. I also know that we had you scheduled for inspection for Dec. 5, but we have had a number of difficulties in working with your county. We continue to work through those and will not stop until we get a resolution.
