1. Sales process was awesome. I asked a million questions and I got accurate answers promptly.<br />2. Advice was given when asked for and I found their advice to be sound.<br />3. Job started on time. Most delays were caused by Hernando County, but follow-up was somewhat slow.<br />4. Price seems good for the size and location of the system installed.<br />5. Panels work great, but one of the inverters did not work properly. It was replaced.<br />6. Installation was mostly neat and secure. <br />7. EVERYONE I spoke with was professional, polite and knowledgeable.<br />8. System was installed in November, 2017, but there was little-to-no follow-up to see if the system was working properly. Partly my fault because I did not know what to expect. In November, 2018, the system was corrected and seems to be working okay. I was reimbursed for the first year's payments, one power bill, and was provided with an additional power circuit (awesome!) for my trouble. The company has made a strong effort now to make me happy.
