Ian was professional and cost competitive in the product and services he provided. Ian guided me throughout the process with the TVA and local utility company from start to finish. I was reassured when the gentleman at the utility company mentioned he had worked with Ian in the past and considered Ian as one of the best. The icing on the cake was the actual price I paid was a few hundred dollars less than his quote.
