Does it all - and well!

We decided to take the plunge into solar at the end of July. Living in a community with a Homeowners Association (HOA) we needed approval before the installation could begin. We mention when because the next monthly meeting of the appropriate HOA committee was in early August. We contacted Nova about installation and had every question answered without any pressure or offers of "if you contract right now" sort of thing. <br />We signed the contract for installation with Nova Solar on August 5th, and they had the appropriate drawings and specifications to us for presentation to the HOA the next day. That enthusiasm and understanding of our needs immediately saved a month for the project.<br />The HOA approved the project, but solar is still new to some organizations. Our county building permit took nearly two months to approve; thankfully Nova Solar stayed on top of the bureaucracy and kept us informed. Once the building permit was issued Nova Solar was all over our roof and completed installation (20+ panels) and electrical work in one day. After that, it was paperwork again with Dominion Electric and the County Permit Inspector - Nova Solar took care of it all and kept us informed of the progress. Finally, all the paperwork was complete, and we flipped the switch three months after signing the contract with Nova Solar.<br />Nova Solar took care of every detail and kept us informed. The team exudes enthusiasm for doing the job and doing it right. We recommend Nova Solar as your go-to for solar information and if you go that route for installation. You don't have to get on the roof or deal with bureaucrats – Nova Solar does it all and does it well!
