Best company I have ever worked with! Top to bottom, no stone left unturned. From the consultation with Dan to final walk through with Tom, I couldn't have been more pleased. <br />With such a huge undertaking, I never thought it would be possible to feel comfortable until completed. Not the case with Boston Solar! The entire project was laid out from day one and completed ahead of schedule with no hiccups. <br />Mali took the ball and kept it rolling after contract was signed. She was courteous, professional and the best ambassador a company could ask for. The communication was impeccable as every question was answered before it could be asked. Mali kept me apprised of what was going on and what was to be expected in the future. Everything she outlined with the project was straight forward and executed exactly as presented. <br />The installation was flawless. Huge system installed in two days and no sign anyone was ever at my home! Mark did a fantastic job accommodating my needs for locations of conduits, equipment etc. <br />Mali was there every step of the way and as soon as the install was complete, she was there to guide us through the next steps. <br />I have become so accustomed to mediocre-subpar customer service and workmanship in this day and age. This company has really changed my outlook. Boston Solar is setting the bar for what is exemplary customer service and workmanship should be. <br />Going solar is no small undertaking, do your research, research some more and go with Boston Solar!
