I have had nothing but problems with this company and my panels aren't even functioning yet. I signed up in May, told the salesperson I was getting a new roof in July. He never told the engineers. I never got the panels installed until I finally threatened to cancel the whole project. Got the panels installed in August. Now 3 months in, I was told it could take an additional 10 weeks before the panels would actually be functioning. Now were in November and we have less than 9 hours of daylight! Now I've been fighting them for almost 3 weeks for a missing form. I keep emailing them to tell them I never got the form and each email is sent from some other CSR. I can't get a real email address, just automated responses. If I could I would rip the things off my roof tomorrow. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
