We installed the maximum permissible system (15 kW) under the SMART program using Boston Solar, and every part of the experience was excellent. Courteous sales without feeling pressure. Price was 30-40% better than other installers. Installation was on time and cleanly done. Post-installation explanation of using their online app was simple and we had monitoring on computer and phones within a few minutes. Project manager kept us informed throughout the process, which seems at some times never-ending because of the all the Eversource and town inspections that are out of Boston Solar's control and can be frustrating just waiting. This was a home system but I would definitely use them if we ever put in a business system.
