We had planned to get bids from three solar companies for our residential system. Cosmic Solar was the second company we spoke with and every lined up perfectly with them. They were very understanding for our situation, answered all our questions well, and got back with more information at our request. We decided to go with them. The installation was scheduled for early January originally, which didn't work well for us, so one call to the office and that was all worked out. It turned out they had an unexpected opening for us after only a week or two and it was all systems go.<br />The installation crew worked very hard and well. They consulted with me on the particulars at every stage and really were professional and great to work with. Then Ken, who sold the system to us, came out and watched over it also. This was really a positive experience with a company that worked hard to do things right and to our liking. They treat you like family rather than a number. We had a very positive experience.<br />Now our system is up and purring along with no problems. It is still new, but I have confidence that Cosmic will be there is anything goes wrong. A+ company in my book.
