Phenomenal Company!

I requested information and Trevor got back to me within 24hrs. He set up a meeting just a couple days later. The meeting didn't feel like your typical sales call which was amazing. Both my wife and I really appreciated that because we didn't feel pressured. He educated us about solar energy, the products he uses and why he uses them over other products. Trevor didn't have to really sell us anything. His wealth of knowledge and passion for the solar industry was evident which sold itself. He treated us like we were his friends and family. He answered all of our questions to assure us that we were making a smart investment. This is our forever home and we want it to be perfect. He allowed us some time to think about it and look at the competition before we made a decision. During that time I sent him several text msgs asking all kinds of questions. I kid you not, no matter what time of the day it was he responded back to me within minutes! The customer service was impeccable. When you make this type of investment you NEED to feel supported which was a huge factor for why we went with Sun Badger. Besides the phenomenal customer service his prices beat out the competition and if it didn't Trevor was willing to compete for our business.
