The installer is very good, but Tesla service and scheduler personnel is the worse I had ever work with, they are in professional, did not respond to email, or phone. My hour passed inspector since Aug 2018, until now, the system is still not on, I finally call PG@E and find out that Tesla group had not submitting all the paper work. I call the sale guy, they keep pointing the finger to different group, but nothing get done. Don't go with Tesla, is not worse it
