After 4 years of "check ins" and follow up calls from Mr Cassidy, his assistant, Julie, asked if we could post a review, if it was not too much trouble and I said, proudly.<br /><br />We had our solar installed with Semper Solaris in November 2014. Wow is an understatement of how amazing they all were, from beginning, to now. We did our homework, researched several companies and did five interviews.<br /><br />We chose Semper Solaris so glad we did. It started with Robert Cassidy, our Seniors Sales Consultant. He has to be the most educated sales representative I have ever worked with. His passion for his business is evident. We were so willing to buy more then we needed and actually wanted to make sure we had enough for future growth. He educated us on why that was not a sound investment, how PG&E's NEM (Net Energy Metering) worked, but would do as we wished. Luis, in the Hayward office, made the process so much smoother she made sure we had no stress in the whole process. Julie set up all the follow ups. Rob got all of our questions answered as they popped up for things we thought of later. When the big day came we had the Tango crew show up, Daniel, Dustin,Taylor and Shawn (THANK YOU!) They gave me a courtesy call thirty minuets before they arrived. They were on time and I have NEVER seen a group of young men work so so hard in such unbelievable high heat. <br /><br />They were the most respectful group of men, and so very careful to make sure we were well taken care of. They never left a mess, they for sure went way over the standard for great customer service. Their knowledge was very helpful for us to understand our new system. So if anyone is thinking of going solar we highly recommend them. It takes a lot for myself or my wife to be so impressed. I had served many years in the Marine corps, and I know Esprit De Corps and the best of the best . Semper Solaris hit that mark for sure. Thank you team.
