I have nothing but positive, laudatory comments about Fidelity Home Energy. Energy Specialist Alton Cheng explained the system as well as my many options in great detail. He was able to answer ALL of my questions and I was very comfortable with my purchase. The installation was flawless!! It was done quickly and efficiently by knowledgable technicians. Once they departed, you couldn't tell they'd been there...absolutely NO mess left behind. I'm able to monitor the efficiency of my system through provided innovative software on my smart phone. Alton Cheng remains available to answer any questions I have along the way. In the beginning, I was not sure that solar would be a good fit for me...now, I wonder why I waited so long!
